Expenses

The Society will reimburse reasonable expenses incurred by Trustees and members of the Committee whilst acting on behalf of the Society¹.

How to claim expenses

Send electronic copies of all receipts to treasurer@whitkirkartsguild.com, ideally within two weeks of incurring the expense.

Expenses will usually be paid out monthly.
