Annual General Meeting

The AGM¹ is a place for the Trustees and Committee to tell the Members of the society what’s been going on in the last year, and for Members to ask questions. It’s also (usually) when elections happen for the Trustees and Committee.

The rules for how the AGM is run and what needs to happen are set out in the Constitution, specifically clause 11.
